What is the difference between the Baylor College of Medicine program and the Baylor University Medical Center Program?

The Baylor College of Medicine program is in Houston and is associated with Baylor College of Medicine (also in Houston). The Baylor University Medical Center program is in Dallas and is associated with Baylor University (in Waco), which does not have an associated medical school.

Baylor College of Medicine and Baylor University were once affiliated, but BCM has been independent for 30+ years.
