family is all in houston, no debt, assigned houston campus. VS hopkins, no family in the area, definitely debt for attendance and COL. baylor feels right, but I don't know how to turn down hopkins. will it affect any outcomes for me down the road?

Stay out of debt and do your best at Baylor. Apply to Hopkins for residency.
