I went to Baylor and have not had any problems finding jobs. It seems generally well-regarded. Got experience in world's largest medical center and one of two level 1 trauma centers in the fourth biggest city in US.

Both are great programs. I ranked UTSW higher a decade ago. I think they have more innovative approach to education. I also like Dallas a lot more.
