Baylor

I work with several Baylor-trained radoncs. Those who recently graduated seem very well-versed in the literature and normal treatment techniques, including IMRT. The HDR experience doesn't seem to be too great, but your pediatric training would be EXCELLENT...and don't discount that when it comes to oral boards prep.

Re HDR, one of the main baylor teaching hospitals, St. Luke's, just opened a new radiation center last October which treats with HDR, mainly breast and GYN cases.

I heard Baylor RadOnc program is on probation. Is it still the case? I am also wondering why it suddenly has an opening. Will it be related to the program probation which may affect board eligibility?
