My Question - Is it better to get a B in a class or to get a W (withdrawal)? The drop deadline is coming up at my school, and I am almost positive that I will not get an A in a certain upper-level biology class. Should I keep the class and get a B, or drop the class and get a W?

I would say most of the time it'd be wise to roll with a B instead of dropping it, but it depends on your GPAs too. What's your cumulative and science GPA?

Take the B man. The learning experience of the class is def worth the minuscule hit to your GPA. Who cares if you have a 4.0 vs a 3.8 in your upper level classes.
