Are math classes such as calculus taken into my science GPA just the same as allo schools do? I searched the sticky but didn't find any info on this, thnx!

no..not on the AACOMAS...but yes on the AMCAS

read the post "what is included in my scienceGPA?" post in the FAQ for more details.
The Science category would include all courses with subjects of Biology, Organic, Biochemistry, Other Science, Physics, and Inorganic Chemistry. Non-science would include courses with subjects of Math, English, Behavioral Sciences, and Non-science.
