I have a quick question about BCP GPA.

1. Do they not count +/- for BCP?
2. Does research go under BCP?
3. Is BCP weighed more than sGPA?

1. They will calculate the BCP with +/- and without +/-.
2. Research in Biology, chemistry or physics will go into BCP.
3. Depends on the school, but it seems as though most schools care about BCP more than the sGPA.

I have research in microbio department but it's labeled as "medicine" for some quarters.

Yeah, if it's through the microbio department, it would be classified as Biology.
