I've read some things about human sexuality courses on here, people have said that if it's offered through the psych department then it's not.

My human sexuality course is offered through the biology department (BIOL 122)

Some have said it would count if offered through the bio department, but I want to make sure.

And at my school biochemistry is offered through the agriculture biochemistry department.

Even though it's not through the chemistry or bio dept. this would still count correct as BCPM correct? It's listed on the lists I've seen, however it's listed as a chemistry course...

Maybe just a little paranoid, but just trying to clear this up...

The prefix is BIOL, the minions at AMCAS will not mess with it if you put it down as BCPM.

Interesting, but yes biochemistry would pretty much always be BCPM.
