BCPM Course Classification sGPA

I've looked through previous threads but I couldn't find anything explicit: are courses that you designate as "biology" "physics" "math" or "chemistry" under the course work: course classification drop down the courses that get counted towards your sGPA? Or do other categories such as 'Natural/Physical Sciences" also get counted?
