I am signed up for two classes next semester that could be considered a BCPM or non-BCPM course. I called a AAMC rep, and she was utterly useless. I have a MIBO 2221: Microbiology for Health Science-really is an intro microbio. class that covers many different aspects of the subject, and BIOL 4060😛hysiology of Avian Reproduction. The teacher for that class is my advisor, and said it will basically cover many different aspects of reproduction, through the model of a bird, although human reproduction will also be covered. I have recieved two B's in BCPM classes right now, I need to boost that GPA, but will those classes count, and is there any way to know for sure?

Ultimately, if you believe they qualify, then you code them that way on your AMCAS. The worst case is the AMCAS reviewer will change the coding. The best case is that they will sail through. And even in the worst case, you can appeal the decision, although that is a can of worms that will only delay your app, but if you do this in June, you will not lose any time that matters.
Not a big deal.

list it as a bcpm course. I had two classes from the political science department that were statistics classes. I spoke with someone at aamc who told me they would not be counted as bcpm. I didn't like that anwer, so I listed them as math/statistics on my amcas app and they stayed that way after processing

They have the word Biology in the department description, so you could definitely make the argument for it. Just go ahead and list them as BCPM if you want, I can't really imagine them changing it.

I don't see any reason that both of those classes wouldn't count. One is through the biology department, for goodness sakes. Mark it as a biology class and be done with it. I know folks who had classes as esoteric as ecology or plant physiology count because they were coded as biology classes.
