course not appearing in course information

Some secondaries have you sort which courses fill in which prereqs. I took calc in college and it is on my transcript and primary, but is not showing as an option to put into my secondary. This course is not ongoing, was for a letter grade, and is not AP. I'm confused how to proceed- has anyone encountered the same problem?

Does the school require calculus? Not all schools do, so they might not offer an option for it because it isn't one of their prereqs.

If they have a slot for it but yours is not showing, it might be a technical issue with their secondary.
