I think its this general sentiment that is going to propel a rather large move. The vast majority of retail + crypto bag holders/gamblers/etc are underexposed to Bitcoin. Alts will move but it will be more selective. Being that ETH has a huge short position built and everyone hates it right now, it is a perfect storm for a sharp move up. I haven't been this bullish since 2017 quite honestly.if one was lucky to get btc in the 25-35 range or eth in the 1000-1500 range i would consider that as a early retirement entry provided we get to a 150k btc and 5k-7k eth.
buying btc when its in or near 100k range and eth in the 2500-3000 range would be for the 2029 bull year.
Not sure what you find funny. You're only showing your ignorance.

"Hard asset" has a specific definition. Bitcoin does not check ANY boxes to meet that definition. The fact that it is not a hard asset, is not a statement about its worth or significance. Only that it's something other than a hard asset.

There is something to be said for a btc that is nearly 100k for 3+ months and we are in fear on the fear and greed index scale. I'd like to keep my expectations low but yeah it could be a special couple of months to come. Longer we go sidways the more we coil the spring.
Solana is slowly killing ETHETH went sideways in the 3600 range for almost 2 months, only to drop by 1k a few weeks ago 😑

Good opportunity for retail to give one last dump wick before an upside acceleration.Breaking news: apparently Bybit was hacked and $1.5 BILLION in ETH was stolen 😳

That's why you don't keep coins on an exchange.
Are people lazy? The only time you should be on exchange is to buy or sell and then quickly be transfered out. I get people keeping cash on there maybe cause its fdic insured but even then i wouldn't just leave it or years.

I hold all my crypto on Coinbase. I assume it’s as safe as holding stuff in Schwab??Could be for yield. Holding SOL on Coinbase for instance is currently 10% yield

Still of this mindset, particularly with M87. Strength separating from weakness/memes/ etc. Will take some time to play out.potential "early retirement" trading entries forming on BTC, ETH, and M87 in my humble opinion
That’s why I only buy bitcoin/crypto on trusted exchanges… like Robinhood 😁No. Someone can hack your Coinbase account, transfer all your coins out and you'd be SOL. Coinbase can close your account and keep your coins for no reason and you'd be SOL. There could be a "bank run" where everyone withdrawals all of their funds at once, who knows if Coinbase has the reserves? They could block withdrawals for no reason and you'd be SOL. This applies to any exchange.
Not your keys, not your coins.
You can't lose your stocks/ETFs/index funds on Schwab like that.
I hate crypto.
what’s your entry point?Im buying
what’s your entry point?
Today? 87700. Or you mean the first time I ever bought? The first time I ever bought was in 2017 at $18k
whose buuuyyying! 😬
Been waiting for some old skool corrections . 80-85 in play and it will be back on trak
75k?
I doubt low to mid 70s other than a crash dip. Ull need limit orders to grab it maybe. Well be over 100k soon and if not 2028-2029 it is.
Playing out like 2017 cycle. Feel like a veteran once you have gone through one of these cycles. These drops are laughable.
Didn't we crash 50% in summer of 2021 lol. Volatility is good its what can give us big numbers to the upside.
It has felt a lot like 2017 to me as well. In fact the current drop has reminded me much of July 2017. It is easy to sit back and watch emotions take their toll on those that do not have the experience or a plan to withstand these historically completely normal events.I doubt low to mid 70s other than a crash dip.
