Beat the Boards?

Hi,
I was wondering if there is an order for how to do Beat the Boards? Like a schedule of how to watch the videos? I know when I did DIT for USMLE there was something like that. I was wondering if there is something similar for BTB?

Quite frankly, I've been doing the questions mainly as I find the videos somewhat long and my attention span isn't that great.

Having used beat the boards, my advice is just do the questions in the Kenny and Spiegel review book. BTB is a waste of time.

I tried BTB and found it to be a waste of money. To add insult to injury, it contained errors too. I am a big fan of doing lots of practice questions though on a computer. Go with someone else.

sharing an account with a few classmates might be worth it. I think you can get it for 500 with a group discount and i split it 3 ways. For me that was worth it but not paying 1000 bucks solo. Do questions i think i did K/S
4-5 times and i am sure there are a few other question banks.

Wasn't worth it, stick to doing Q's as above, or if you can share a 500$ account 2-3 ways, do that

I thought Spiegel was more than enough, but I’m sure each year has different questions and every past-resident will retain certain facts better than others.

I didn't find it helpful for the vignette questions. I thought those were SO hard. First try I went through it a few times including the answers to questions and that was pretty much all I did because I had done well on the Prites. Second time I went through it so many times I knew the answer to every question why that one was the right answer and could recite all of the info from each description of the answer cold. I knew every genetic disease, how it was transmitted, which chromosome but the freaking Vignettes. I think Spiegel is essential but not the only source. Third time I did BTB went to Kaufnams course (don't recommend it) did tons and tons of q books and some board vital vignettes and Spiegel. Everyone is different. Some pass with Spiegel only some with BTB only and I'm sure a ton of combos.

Definitely a bonus for me. I had it for three years. Dr Jack does respond to emails too . He helped me personally a lot.

Did you guys go to the Beat the Boards in person training? I'm so exhausted with work and I swear I have major issues retaining info from the videos (which I'm doing sporadically). My cousin was suggesting doing an in person course that will be in Chicago (just a 4 day course where all the stuff will be gone over). Is that of any worth? Its $400 and a plane ride to Chicago for me.
