I'm currently a pre-medical student with ADHD (inattentive subtype). Because of this, studying can be a bit of a challenge for me.
Although I'm slowly getting to know my own individual patterns and learning what helps me most to succeed, I'm wondering if anybody has advice with how they've tackled this? Not even just with studying, but also with everything else that goes into pursuing medicine, such as communication/listening skills, and staying organized and on top of things.
Have you gone to your university's learning services office? I'm not sure if you already have your diagnosis certified by their office, but it may be good to seek their help. We aren't in a position to advise you to consider the severity of your diagnosis to provide you with any advice that might help you.
