Becoming a part-time/full-time scribe

A scribe job im looking into starts off as a per diem job (less than 20 hrs a week). However, do any of you happen to know if they commonly upgrade scribes to part-time or full-time status?

Prolly depends on the company. All the companies I've seen only do part/full time, none of this per-diem stuff. What company is it? Have you asked them about it?

Its CEP America. Their website says they some qualify for part time, but only after a performance review. So i guess that answers it.
