becoming a pharmacy professor

so i noticed there's all these new rx schools popping up... i've always loved teaching and i thought about becoming a professor. but can it be done without a phd?

our faculty consists of PharmDs, PhDs, and MDs.

if you have one of those you should be good

What is the process like after graduation with a PharmD?
I've seen that most teaching positions require residency (the least to have besides a PharmD) and other certificates (BCPS, CGP...). There used to be a thread talking about this and how much prof makes. I can't seem to find it using the search function though

Teaching positions do require some sort of advanced training through a residency or fellowship. You don't have to get a PhD, but it depends on what you want to teach. Many of the social sciences and pharm sciences profs do have PhDs. Most of the pharmacy practice faculty are just PharmDs.
