So I've gotten kind of used to this ultrasound thingy....

Using it for central lines, nerve blocks, arterial lines etc....

But I would love to do learn more.. perhaps the ability to perform a quick, focused bedside echo. Looking for things like is the heart beating, is there blood in the heart etc.

anyone have any recommendations for a hands-on introductory course?
