Been invited to some sort of Non-Trad honor society...

This forum made possible through the generous support of SDN members, donors, and sponsors. Thank you.

35 bucks to join...and they don't really explain what, if anything, the group does, but I wondered if it was worth it to join up to "put on the resume".

Any thoughts?

Sort of sounds like a bunch of bunk at first glance...do they have a website or anything?

Plan to check that out when I get home this evening...I got it in the mail friday from the school...and just gave it a glance. I'm guessing that at this point, the only thing that is really going to put me over the top is to nail the MCAT...I really don't think anything else matters.

Please post a link & other info here. I would be most interested in taking a look-see.

I joined a non-trad honor society called Alpha Sigma Lambda with a 35 dollar fee to join. There are supposed to be chapters throughout the US. This particular chapter, though, was at my school. I did it, well, to be 100% honest, to beef up my application.
