Ok I'm pretty much ready to submit my app, but just want to make sure....2 of my LOR have been completed already, waiting on 1 more. it's only been like 2-3 weeks since I asked them. But if my last LOR changes his mind or something (worst case scenario) and I have already submitted, will I be able to change the person???

So my app won't be forwarded until my transcripts and payment are in right?

You will be able to change the LORs. You can even submit your application to PharmCAS without LORs. LORs are submitted by pharmCAS to the schools independently. As long as your transcripts/payment/application is complete, they will send regardless of whether your LORs are done. The schools themselves will not consider your application complete for consideration until you have all components thouhg.

I changed my LOR writer after i submitted my app last year.
