Step I behavioral sciences practice?

I don't know where you can get individual questions like in a book, but Qbank has a lot of the quote questions in their Behavioral Science category. Come to think of it, I don't remember seeing quote questions outside of Qbank.

Is it just me or are many of the Q-bank "what would you say next" questions a little on the picky side, usually more than one sufficient answer even if you keep in mind all the ethics rules.
Maybe its just me, but the behav. science shelf seemed to have more clear cut, better written answers.

I think the Behavioral Science quote questions that are tested on Step 1 are total B.S. (excuse the pun). There is no "one best response" when dealing with a patient. Obviously there are answer choices that you'll never say to patients, but there's always 2-3 of the long lists of 8-9 that sound okay and depending on your own background you'll be more drawn to one over the others.
I don't think Step 1 is the place to ask these types of questions. If they want to ask about laws, fine, just straight out ask them. Don't disguise it in some scenario that has answer choices that may be the "right thing to do" but are incorrect because they don't follow the letter of the law.
What I hate most about the quote questions is that I've gotten advice from doctors on what they would do in real situations that have been completely contradictory to the "right" answers according to the people who make up the questions.
i just took step 1 today, and i thought the behavioral science questions were ridiculous, nothing like qbank. if i missed a question on qbank, i would at least have it narrowed to two possibilities, but on step 1, i might as well not have studied any bs at all. every question was about what to say next, etc. complete ridiculous sheeaat.
