Being separated/divorced affect admissions

I've been luckily accepted to med school for next cycle, is it an issue if they would find out that im separated and going through a divorce, would that be a reason for them to rescind an acceptance? I'm still officially married but in FAFSA it asks me if im separated, the medical school would see my response.

I know I may be a little overly paranoid but figured it wouldn't hurt to ask.

Are you sure it was medical school to which you were accepted? Are you sure it wasn't nothing?
