Any opinions or insight on these two Nashville programs?
I'm seriously considering both, but deciding between my early decision option. I feel more confident that I'd be accepted into TSU's program but Belmont is a private school with nicer looking facilities, which I know sounds a bit superficial.
Any insight would be helpful!

Are you local and won't have to pay out of state? I would not recommend going to TSU if you are out of state only because the cost is very high (I am currently an out of state student unfortunately). The totals costs I believe are $120k vs. $150k for out of state. TSU's program is decent however the issues primarily rely within the university itself. The program, just as any other program I'm sure, has good and bad teachers. However, they do a very good job in making you self sufficient since a lot of their tools are fairly old. I have heard multiple times that this is actually a benefit since you are less reliant on technology or available equipment. Just as with any other program, its hard, and studying primarily takes over your life. Scores on the NPTE are pretty good and should rise in some of the areas they have had issues with due to the hiring of some newer faculty. Feel free to message me if you have any more questions on any specifics you may or may not want to know.
