Hi all,

Does anyone know any post-bac programs that accepts below 3.0 GPA?

I have no previous science course.. And i will be doing volunteer work at hospital this summer and will be shadowing a doctor for a month.

Any location is fine!

You are going to have to look for post-bac programs that offer only core science classes. I am not sure what a competitive oGPA for a program like that would be.

If you look through Dr.madlife?'s post regarding the list of postbac programs with 3.0 below would be a great start.

I personally have below 3.0 and have accepted into two postbac programs.

can you tell me what schools did u get accepted?

Did any of those schools have linkage?
BCOM has linkage to own med school.

PCOM and Midwestern IL are not so much of linkage. But they do have pretty good success rates. I do know a few people who did PCOM and a few who did Midwestern. Now, they're in dental and med schools, not necessarily only DO schools, but also in MDs.

KGI does not have any linkage. It is a bit of different type of postbac program. It is geared more toward biotech and pharmaceutical industry related courses.

I hope you don't mind me asking, but what were your stats?
