Bench test info, prep courses & kit??

Hi,

I started this thread hoping we can help each other on what to expect on bench test in different schools? What kind of prep courses can help us prepare? What kind of tools do we need to be and if anyone is willing to sell their bench test kit? I also heard there is different types of teeth to practice on and I would appreciate more details about that.
