bench test prep help- at home or courses???

Hello everyone! I am looking to start preparing for bench tests. What is the best way to go about it? Getting a setup at home or shelling out money for the courses available?
What is everyone doing? Help will be appreciated. Thanks!

In the ideal situation better to have both. Courses may give you guidance and critique of your preps. At home you can practice speed etc.
In real life, at home set up and maybe short courses
