interesting. good hire on the dean, hopefully they start off better than the other kansas lol

So Kansas is going to have 3 DO schools????

At some point this is going to lead to a glut of students who will be unable to pass boards, or even worse, unable to find residency slot because all of those slots will be filled.

Look for the newer schools eventually having high attrition rates. Serves the AOA right.

looks like it... seems like a lot for that state.

Louisiana has 1.5 million more people but has only one DO school!
doesn't the university of kansas have 3 campuses as well?

if it starts to look like florida... it's time to run. it continues to shock me that schools keep opening up there with the already crowded environment... not to mention the competition for rotations considering Caribbean schools rotate there too. unbelievable that LMU chooses florida to open their 3rd campus

I have heard that the increased DO schools and students will cause IMG applicants to have a more difficult time matching, but that it won't be more difficult for DO students to match (especially if they apply to primary care specialties). What are your thoughts on that?

You should listen/watch (2021)

Lovely. They can take their place behind LUCOM
I love in one breath they say marginalized populations and then the next breath state gender. Regardless of where someone falls along that line, they are one of the most marginalized populations.
