Benign Hypermobility Syndrome

What do you guys do with these patients? I've had one or two before and another is coming up on my schedule. Multiple areas of pain, etc, worked up by rheum and labeled with benign hypermobility syndrome, referred to PM&R, genetics, and cardiology.

They often seem indistinguishable from FMS patients to me.
