notice in the BR science books, the scores are a bit inflated. For example in a physics chapter a 32 out of 52 is a 10, while on AAMC a 38 out of 52 on PS is a 10.

It get worse on the full lengths (I have older paper versions of both, but it's same questions as the new CBT). On AAMC, 58 out of 77 is a 10, while on BR a 46 out of 77 is a 10. (12 questions swing). Even though I'll admit the BR is a lot harder than the AAMC tests.

Is this "10" an accurate 10? Can someone compare their BR scores with their actual mcat or even aamc scores? Trying to figure out if this 10 in BR is a inflated / deflated score?

TBR passages are significantly harder than AAMC. I would average maybe 2-3 wrong on TBR, but my AAMC passages that I've taken so far (all but #11) have been around 13 for both PS and BS.

I can't comment on the paper BR FL. State Of Trance is correct that BR is harder than AAMC; and that may contribute to the pre-stated wider range of BR score ratio with respect to AAMC FL.

Which BR FL do you refer to? For the CBT one, each BR FL (due to its own ranking of difficulties) has different score table (as some wider than others). When we order the BR FL package, the company sent to us the login access info plus the pdf file with each BR score table.

By the same token, AAMC, I believe, has its score table too based on which FL we are talking about. So..............

We need to know which AAMC and BR we are comparing to in order to have meaningful discussion.

Since the score table was sent as pdf file privately, I am not sure I am legally authorized to present it to public.

BerkReviewTeach, can you comment on this?

However, I can show you the comparison of difficulties on each BR FL as it was presented by BerkReviewTeach in a thread dated 3/2/11.

BR1 - PS (difficult), VR (easy), BS (medium)
BR2 - PS (medium), VR (hard), BS (medium)
BR3 - PS (difficult), VR (difficult), BS (difficult)
BR4 - PS (medium), VR (medium), BS (hard)
BR5 - PS (hard), VR (medium), BS (hard)
BR6 - PS (semi-easy), VR (medium), BS (medium)
BR7 - PS (hard), VR (medium), BS (hard)

Hope that helps
