Hello any berkeley grads/students,
I would love to attend the epi/biostats mph program at berkely and think I might have good enough stats to get in (3.57 in mol. bio from UW, 690V, 720Q), but the catch is how damn expensive it is (~$27K/year). Does anyone know how easy it is to become a research assistant or graduate teaching assistant? Any info about how many people get the federal traineeships that they mention on their website? Can you work in other depts. at Berkeley, for instance I am a lab tech right now so I could probably work in a bio lab?
