I don't think you can resell them. They give you a 45-day window to use them and if they catch multiple people using them they cancel it. I'm basing that on this page:

Accounts are good for exactly 45 days from the date of activation or until the CBT date that you indicated on the Home Study Order form, whichever comes first. We recommend counting back 45 days from the day before you are scheduled to take the MCAT and having your exams activated on that day.

Access to our CBTs must be made from your own personal computer. When you log on to our exam site, you must have the cookies on your web browser activated, so that we can register your computer with our system. You will be allowed to use no more than two different computers. If we find out that someone other than you is accessing your account to take our CBTs, your account will be deactivated immediately.

As mentioned above, selling BR CBTs is illegal. It's pretty much certain to get caught, because non-matching computer ID and IP combinations are easy to catch. It's not worth the small amount of money you'd save.

If you need them asap, there are ways to arrange that through the company. They have been known to set up accounts over the phone based on trust, for students who send their orders in but need them immediately. You can PM me for details.
