Besides Texas, Which other states are not OOS friendly?

Just wondering which states are really dedicated to their in-state students.

There's probably more than these, but the ones that immediately come to mind are Georgia, Florida, North and South Carolina, Illinois except for MWU-IL which is a private school

Typically most state public schools aren't that OOS friendly, although there are exceptions (Like University of Michigan and University of Louisville)

Oh, BTW if you are looking to do HPSP LECOM is a short 20-30 minute commute to MacDill AFB, which is the joint special operations center of the military universe. If you want to dive school or get foreign jump wings or hang with the FFL LECOM will position you well to go do all the cool guy stuff. CENTCOM is there too. Plus it's super close to Tampa and you get a really good discount at Busch Gardens with a military ID.
