Do you want a phys text or an anatomy text? Grant's Dissector is going to be the most concise anatomy text. I'd get the Board Review Series phys book, if that's what you want.
If you're just looking for pictures with labels (i.e. an atlas)...
Netter's is what most medical students use. Rohen's is great for anatomy practicals since it uses actual photographs.
For functional anatomy, Moore/Dalley.
