The book used in my Physio201 course was pretty shoddy. If anyone has found a stellar textbook, please chime in.
 
If you're just looking for pictures with labels (i.e. an atlas)...

Netter's is what most medical students use.
Rohen's is great for anatomy practicals since it uses actual photographs.
For functional anatomy, Moore/Dalley.
