Best anesthesia & EM rotations for procedural skills (intubation, central lines etc.) ?

I'm interested in knowing if anyone has any specific rotation experiences (or ones they know of) that they would recommend as far as getting in a lot of volume for useful procedures. For example, some anesthesia rotations you might get half a dozen intubations the whole month whereas others you could get dozens and dozens. Same case for EM as I've heard some places where students got a couple central lines during their 4 weeks on top of high volumes of minor procedures.

Any specific recommendations? So far I know of Brown & Orlando Health Center for EM but that's it.
