best bio courses for DO?

Probably physiology and biochem. Immunology would help as well but you'll forget the minute details by the time med school starts. Still, having a foundation of knowledge going into immuno can be helpful. People will say anatomy too (and you'll likely need it for your degree if you're a bio major) but you're just gonna forget it all by the time med school comes around anyways, so don't bother stressing over taking anatomy too much if you don't have to/don't want to.
 
Generally knowing biochem well and physiology is probably the most high yield thing you can do for yourself first year. Immunology while probably was the most interesting course I think I had so far isn't really all that hard to warrant needing to take it before hand nor is the mind really set up to remember too many interleukins beyond say 1,4,10,13 once the course is over.
