Today is my Birthday. A month ago I got my acceptance for LECOM. This part of the journey has taken 11 years, $7K, and perseverance and luck. Anyway, my acceptance to LECOM is the best, most amazing thing that has ever happened to me. I still can't believe that I am going to get my chance to be a physician. God is good!😀

I bet it does feel great, CONGRATS! One of my very favorite sayings is, "work like everything depends on you, pray like everything depends on God." If you don't mind me asking, are you set on LECOM? Did you withdraw your other applications? I have interviews at Erie and Bradenton coming up and I'm stoked!

I know I am really lucky to have gotten an acceptance so early. When I got an early invitation to an interview at LECOM I held off on submitting other apps and when I got my early acceptance I just decided to forget about applying anywhere else. I spent a fortune applying last year so I am happy to just take my LECOM acceptance and run! I do have an application at Pitt, I'm not going to withdraw, but I have virtually no chance there and it isn't likely I'd even get an interview there (hey it was my dream school, you gotta try).
