Best community fellowships in the Midwest?

Hoping to apply for general cardiology fellowship this summer. I go to a good program, unfortunately my research is quite poor. I would be happy to match anywhere, although ideally I'd like to stay in the Midwest. Anyone have any thoughts as to the best community programs here? By 'best' I mean good breadth of clinical training, good environment, etc. I'm not too concerned with research exposure, and I doubt I will pursue an advanced fellowship. Thank you!
