Best fellowship for private practice, now and in future?

Had a discussion with co-residents about what are the most desirable/marketable fellowships now in the future. Best lifestyle, Compensation, Least litiginous, most “useful” as in sub-specialty reads are needed?

Interested to hear people’s thoughts, especially between MSK, body, neuro and breast.
