I'm in the process of choosing a GPR that is heavy with implants, 3rd molar extractions, and molar endo. Would you all happen to have any suggestions on great programs in the south/midwest?

Choices so far:
UAMS, Houston VA, Dallas VA, Meharry, Mississippi, Howard, Baltimore VA, and John Hopkins.
