Best IM programs

Just curiosity,
I would like to know which are the best IM programs, because in the USnews rank : Harvard, Johns Hop., UCSF, Duke, Washing. Univ. we only can see the universities but I wonder also how would be ranked the Cleveland Clinic and Mayo between them, and all the Harvard hospitals are first ranked as well
( I mean Mass Gen, BID and BWH ) or only is Mass Gen the first IM program.

As far as Harvard is concerned, Mass General and Brigham & Women's are probably looked upon equally as far as prestige goes. Beth Israel-Deaconess is a fine program also, but it doesn't have quite the reputation as the other two.
