I am iPad Pro fan. Granted it's more expensive but when you will have this iPad for years, the added cost is justifiable. Runs smoother, better resolution and comparable to a laptop especially with the magic keyboard.
apple tech told me ipad air. The pro stuff you never use in dentistry, so there's no real reason to spend that kind of money. The things that the ipad pro promotes don't work without the extra equipment.
Depends on if you want to buy something based on money or based on what you actually need.
I got the pro and its been great so far! I dont use all the extra features, but the battery life plus using notability for lectures has increased my efficiency
