AADSAS is an application service, not a repository of academic actions. Your university holds this information.
Why are you asking? Were you dismissed from dental school? Are you thinking about reapplying without disclosing this, even though it’s asked? Are you looking to be dismissed from a second school when they find out you hid your dismissal from them? Is there an award for racking up dismissals?
