I think you'll be among the first to do it, so you'll have to tell us! I don't think there are any specific books written for it yet. Anything written for OSCE/CSA prep might be useful.

I just took the PIPE recently. In addition to history taking and physical exam skills, the exam is focused on differential diagnosis and diagnostic tests/procedures. Management and treatment are not tested, nor do they even ask you to provide these things.

(This info is on the Step 2 CS website. I'd share more about my experience, but I don't want anyone calling me out for "irregular behavior".)

go through CMDT (current medical dx and treatment) and familiarize yourself with common diseases... you shouldn't have to do much but brush up on what you learned year 3
