Best medical dictionary?

Does anyone have any recommendations are to which one is typically preferred/ the best? A full-size hardcover or a good pocket version is what I'm looking for...

Stedmans is one of the most used medical dictionaries. I own one and definitely find it useful. Quite large though, not a pocket dictionary.

Second, but if you must buy one Dorland's is Jesus.

I wouldn't bother. I have a stedman's and have never opened it. Use google, it is cheaper and more portable. No good dictionary is going to be portable unless it is on a pda.
