Best NBME Practice - 1 week out

hey guys, I am just about a week out from my step 2 ck exam and was wondering your thoughts on which NBME to take given my "situation." I am just about finished my first pass through uworld and my cumulative average should be a bit over 70%. I am going to a do my UW SA on Sat morning and an NBME test on Sun morning. Obviously there is only 1 UWSA option so that makes things easy. But any thoughts on the NBME exam given these things: I will only be taking 1, I am a week out so don't want to "freak myself out" but also want a solid score correlator, etc. Thanks guys

NBME 4. Also think about putting them together to simulate a full length exam.

NBME 4; it was w/in 3 points for me. I've heard similar stories from others.
