Best OB Programs in NYC and Chicago

Which programs in these two cities would not only provide the best training but also NOT malignant? Any thoughts on UChicago, Mt. Sinai or Cornell?

I did not interview in NYC, but I did interview at Northwestern and LOVED it. I do not think that they are malignant at all. I think it is an amazing training program. All the residents seemed very happy and could not stop gushing about the program. Plus, they are building a beautiful new free-standing women's hospital in downtown Chicago. It is HUGE, and will have 30 some LDRs. I think they will be delivering nearly 15,000 babies there a year.
