Thought of this thread today. I was doing a somewhat novel case and had a ton of nurses and management and anesthesia people in the room. OR manager: "Doctor VisionaryTics, do you realize you have twelve women in the room watching you operate?"

I thought of this thread, and said "no I didn't realize that" and went back to work.
