Edit: Lexidrugs is the best, and I prefer tarascon but I got epocrates as a "gift" from some drug rep

Most commonly used on my Palm: ePocrates, 5MCC, A-to-Z Drugs, Stedman's, Washington Manual, MedCalc. In that order.
