Best pharm resources other than sketchy

Began using zanki pharm since M1 (in a flex curriculum), keeping up with reviews and stuff, but I keep missing easy uworld pharm questions. On the other hand lolnotacop micro deck has been wonderful, and I genuinely remember most of the information from there. Idk if it's the annoying voices or super long videos but sketchy pharm has not stuck that well at all.
Since I'll be taking step in early march, I know it's about time to start laying a better foundation. What do you recommend?

Sketchy pharm definitely isn't as good as sketchy micro. That said... I don't think there are any better ways to do your first pass. Pharm sucks because it's all memorization. If you open the Katzung textbook or even FA, it's just a list of random factoids that are so hard to keep in your head.

My approach was to power through zanki pharm and then accept that I'll get a lot of practice Qs wrong, which is okay.

The only other thing that comes to mind (specifically for abx) is the OME abx ladder video. That is legitimately wonderful and clarified a topic I had struggled with immensely.
