best place to buy women's suits?

I read through the "women's interview clothing" thread to get a few ideas. What are the best/cheapest places or brands to get suits? (esp for petite people 😛)

I've heard:
J. Crew
Ann Taylor
Nordstroms
Macys

I was browsing some websites---i didnt know they were that expensive!

I'd add Banana Republic, Club Monaco and Victoria's Secret. Personally I'm pretty much set on J. Crew.

Remember, the men's equivalent is usually a lot more expensive! Be glad we don't have to shell out $600+ 👍

If you're on a budget you can try places like Value City, Ross, Nordstrom Rack, Burlington Coat Factory, etc.

You can find some really nice suits, for very reasonable prices. And with the money you've saved, you can get it tailored to get the fit just right, which will make it (and you) look that much more amazing 🙂

I got mine at an Ann Taylor outlet... they were having a huge sale and it ended up being around $120, including a shirt to wear underneath... not too bad!

I tried on a few at Banana Republic and Express, as well. Les expensive, I think. Good luck!

Anne Taylor outlet is the best for small people if you can find petite sizes. The J Crew and Banana Republic suits were all too big for me.
